General Notary

In-person notarial acts are $15 each, matching Washington’s current maximum (WAC 308-30-220). Each stamp, acknowledgment, jurat, oath, or certified copy is a separate act.

Mobile Notary

Mobile visits add a travel fee to the notarial charges. Travel is agreed in advance and is not required by law. ZIP 98118 is a flat trip fee. Other ZIP codes are billed per driving mile from the mailing address.

Online Notary

Washington’s maximum for a remote notarial act is $25. Identity-proofing or platform fees charged by a remote-online-notarization provider are separate when they apply.

Signing Agent

Loan signing fees are assignment-based. Title, escrow, lenders, and signing services should include the offered fee with the order. We review the fee before accepting.

Business / Volume

Recurring on-site days, employee notarization, and volume appointments are quoted for your schedule and locations.

Document Sending

Scanbacks and original-document return are quoted with the appointment. Overnight or courier costs are passed through when they apply.
