This policy describes how MHM Digital Notary & Signing Agent handles information submitted through https://notary.mhmdigital.us.

We collect contact details, appointment details, and optional document uploads needed to review a request. We do not ask you to upload identification documents through this website. Identity verification for remote online notarization is handled by the configured RON provider.

Uploaded assignment files are stored privately with randomized file names. They are not published. Access is limited to staff reviewing the request.

We use the information to respond to requests, schedule appointments, and communicate about orders. We do not sell personal information.
