Remote online notarization generally follows six steps: schedule or start a session, provide the document, complete identity verification, join a live video call with the notary, sign electronically, and receive the completed file.
Identity verification is handled by the RON platform. MHM Digital does not recreate knowledge-based authentication or credential analysis on this website. If a provider URL is configured, you will be directed there for those steps.
RON is not available for every document. Courts, agencies, and counterparties may still require an in-person act.
