Scanbacks are digital copies of a signed package, sent after the appointment so the title or escrow team can review the set before the originals arrive.
Not every agent or assignment includes scanbacks. Check the agent profile and state the requirement in the order. High-speed scanning and mixed letter/legal printing are listed only when enabled in configuration.
Do not upload executed loan packages to a public page. Use the private upload field on the signing request form or the channel specified in the assignment.
